Booking Policy

At The Skin Hub we require a deposit to secure all bookings. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, we kindly request 48 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client.

Your deposit will be held for your next booking or refunded. However, if you don't provide us with 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up to your appointment, (you may send a friend or family member in your place), or your deposit will be forfeited.

We cannot accept messages left on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays as sufficient notice as we do not have time to fill the time slot.

You can alter your own appointment time via the link in email sent to you at the time of your booking.

Cancellations & Appointment changes

No-shows and last minute cancellations (including rescheduling of appointments) enormously disadvantage our business. They also mean that other clients cannot book those time slots with us.

We appreciate that things come up but we do require 48 hours notice to push back or cancel your appointments. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays, Mondays or Public Holidays as sufficient notice as we are closed and will not have the opportunity to fill your spot.

We appreciate your understanding as our booking policy aims to keep it fair for all clients and to maintain our affordability.

You are able to alter your own appointment time via the link sent in your booking email.  Please do so, if needed, before the 48 hour cancellation policy takes effect.

Clinic Etiquette

MOBILE PHONES – We aim to provide you with a calm, tranquil environment and so we ask that you set your mobile phone to silent mode when in the clinic.

CHILDREN – Whilst we love children, a clinic can be a dangerous place for inquisitive little ones so we ask that for their safety and the consideration of all clients that you make alternative arrangements for your children during your appointment where possible.

RUNNING LATE – We don't like to keep our clients waiting so if you are running late though we will endeavour to complete as much of your treatment as possible we will have to conclude at the allotted time if another client is scheduled immediately after you.

PHONE ORDERS – Are you out of products or in need of a gift voucher and unable to make it in? Just give us a call and one of our friendly staff will happily accept your Visa or MasterCard payment and send your purchase out to you.
