Featherstroke – By Geelong’s most popular tattoo artists

A hair-simulation technique for beautifully natural-looking eyebrows. Creates a gentle ‘feathered’ effect and looks completely natural. It mimics the real eyebrow hair and can is customised to the client. Using a hand tool with fine needles, we apply fine strokes into the skin. Pigment is then applied, filling the strokes with colour and creating the appearance of fine hairs. Brows can be subtly coloured or completely remodelled as each new strand is intricately etched and coloured by hand.

Ombre/Power – By Geelong’s most popular tattoo artists

Performed using a tattoo machine, creating a natural, soft eyebrow. The needle is used to create lots of little impressions and implants pigment under the skin. The look is very natural. It is perfect for people that have good hair coverage, and for those who want to fill out gaps in their eyebrows where hair is missing. In younger skin, it works very well, creating a complete brow where little to no hair exists and it perfect for oily skin that does not hold featherstrokes very well.

Ombre starts soft and progresses into a more solid tail where as powder is evenly filled from front to tail.

You can also do a combination of Featherstroke and Ombre or Powder in many different varieties.
